1. All freebie graphics were created by me and the graphics as is are copyright to me. Most web design freebie graphics will require some basic editing skills to add your own text to buttons and such.

2. None of the graphics may be displayed as is on your own site or used in any kind of graphics collections (on cds, for example). You need to add your own text to them before using them, unless otherwise specified.

3. You are not to link to the graphics from my website. You need to save them and upload them to your own website host.

4. Certain larger graphics may include a copyright notice that will be faded slightly so it won't stand out so much. This copyright is not to be removed from the graphic.


» Scripts and code snippets
1. All codes/snippets were written by myself and contain a small notice with the script. This notice is NOT to be removed from the script or you are not allowed to use it. It will not be visible on your site when viewed by visitors, it will be hidden in the code.

2. None of the codes/snippets may be offered on your site for others to use or offered in any kind of collections (on cds, for example). If you want to share them, please link them back here to my site insted.

» Daz Studio/Poser Content
1. All original content was created and copyright to me. All work is done using Daz Studio and/or Photoshop. Not all freebies are not tested in Poser, but things such as textures should hopefully work okay.
